Eat, Drink & Be Merry!

Whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. – 1 Corinthians 10:31

The body type of the moment may change from time to time. But being the healthiest you you can be as a reflection of your own godliness should always be your aim. I’m not aiming to be skinny, I’m aiming to be fit. Due to my incisions, there is a part of my belly that will always be fluffy and I accept that. We all need to accept ourselves – warts and all!

Eat clean but don’t deprive yourself of life’s joys!

Thank you! I needed that reminder. I’m so upset by my weight gain after surgery that I sometimes forget that I need to aim to be the healthiest I can be but balance that with enjoying myself.
